Marek Jakubík

Partner and experienced advocate. Marek runs the branch of our law firm in Slovakia, leading a team of lawyers dealing with solving legal cases of Slovak clients. He is fluent in Slovak and Polish. He specializes in construction and real estate law, administrative law, and public procurement law. Public procurement is also of interest to him due to his membership in the appeal commission for supervision of public procurement at the Office of Economic Competition Protection in Brno.

Marek is a co-founder and board member of Charita Jablunkov, a non-profit organization working to support the local community through charitable initiatives and social projects.

As a lawyer registered with the Czech Bar Association (since 2003) and the Slovak Bar Association (since 2004), he supports clients in transactions in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
