In 1999, he graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno, where he also passed his doctoral examination in the year 2000. In the years 1999 – 2002, he worked as an articled clerk at the Kubiczek & Hajduk Solicitors’ Association. Since 2003, he has worked as a solicitor and partner at the HAJDUK & PARTNERS Solicitor’s Office.
Since 2004, he has carried out advocacy also in the territory of the Slovak Republic as a solicitor registered with the Slovak Bar Association. Since 2007, being a managing director of HAJDUK & PARTNERS Solicitor’s Office, he has been entitled to direct the office in Jablunkov and to supervise the administrative work connected to carrying out advocacy in Slovakia.
In 2010, he became a partner and managing director of the Slovak partner company JAKUBÍK & HAJDUK, based in Čadca. Since 2013, he has been a member of an appeal committee which oversees procurements for the Office for the Protection of Competition in Brno.
In his advocacy work, he focuses on substantive and procedural civil law, property law, and also administrative and family law. He is acting as a representative of municipalities in the region of his operation for several years.
He speaks Polish and Slovak.
