Milan Měchura has been a part of HAJDUK & PARTNERS for a few years now. His experience and the fact he decided to moved to Trinec make him an outstanding teammate.
He’s a versatile lawyer, who mostly enjoys the possibility to come in contact with other people at work. He mostly specialises in e-commerce and retail matters, consumer laws and criminal law. Most often, you can meet Milan at the round table (or on camera) negotiating the terms of leases in retail and commercial centres. The portfolio of his features a lot of companies that deal with the sale of goods in stores and on the Internet. He’s the most motivated when he’s able to negotiate and present client’s statements – whether it’s within offices or court halls. He appreciates the feeling of satisfaction that comes from achieving established goals and positive results for his clients. He strives to make each moment at work count for both the client and him.
He strongly advocates for the use of modern technologies in daily work. One of his beliefs is that lawyers should understand the world around them and that they should be interested in news. After hours, he enjoys cycling and spending time with his family. As one of the few members of the team, he prefers football to ice hockey.
He can speak Czech, English and Polish.
