Pavel is an attorney with over twenty years of experience. He is associated with HAJDUK & PARTNERS in Ostrava, the city where he has spent his entire professional career.
He specializes in corporate law, transactional advisory services, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He also supports clients in shaping the internal structure of companies. Clients appreciate his ability to quickly assess complex situations and provide strategic and practical solutions that work in the real business world. He is known for his calm, factual, and precise approach.
Pavel has been involved in the activities of the Czech Bar Association for a long time. Since 2017, he has served as the regional representative for Northern Moravia, and he has been a member of the ČAK Supervisory Board for two consecutive terms. He represents the Supervisory Board in the Budget and Economic Committee. Since 2022, he has also been a member of the Czech Bar Association’s examination committee for administering bar exams in business law.
