Monika Křižánková
Associate attorneyMonika Křižánková is an attorney specializing in administrative law, particularly in the areas of environmental impact assessment (EIA), construction law, general administrative proceedings, public procurement, and litigation. In her practice, she also focuses on representing Polish clients and handling cross-border legal matters between the Czech Republic and Poland.
She gained professional experience during both her trainee and subsequent lawyer practice at the largest Czech law firms, where she participated in complex projects, particularly in the infrastructure and regulated sectors. Monika also had the opportunity to contribute to a team of authors preparing a commentary on the Building Act.
In addition to her legal education, she studied English philology, which enables her to provide high-level legal services in English and communicate effectively in an international environment.
Monika regularly conducts professional training focused on the legal aspects of EIA and construction law, sharing her practical experience with both the professional community and clients.
She is an active member of the international organization AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers), where she currently serves as Vice-President of the Environmental and Energy Commission. Within this organization, she acts as a speaker and moderator at numerous international panels and is also involved in organizing these professional legal conferences and events.
