Michal Jekielek is the new face of the Prague office of HAJDUK & PARTNERS. For many years he worked for the Czech offices of leading global law firms. Although he now lives in Prague, he is originally from the region of the Beskydy Mountains.
In his practice, Michal has worked in a wide range of legal sectors, but the ones that are closest to his heart are transactional and structuring legal advice, classic corporate, international commodity transactions, and he is also close to advising on personal wealth management, intergenerational transfers and structuring family holdings and trusts.
Michal is comfortable in the position of an advisor, explaining to clients the pros and cons of different variants of group reorganisations or family holding company structures. Thanks to his many years of experience at one of the Big4 companies, working with tax advisors, auditors and accountants is practically written into his DNA.
