Martin Martiniak is a junior lawyer of HAJDUK & PARTNERS. In his daily work, he serves business clients, ensuring the safety of their businesses.
Martin develops his civil, private, international, criminal, and commercial law skills. He prepares draft contracts, applications, and other necessary documents for clients. He also creates legal analyses and supports a team of more experienced colleagues in their projects.
Martin takes a comprehensive approach to his work as a lawyer – he believes it is worth gaining knowledge in many different branches of law to provide clients with the broadest possible support. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno. He gained professional experience in a law firm in Brno during his studies. He speaks Czech and English.
He spends his free time actively – running, playing floorball, or walking with his dog Scotty. He is also interested in literature, Formula 1 and football.
