Jan specializes in creating legal analyses and opinions, contracts, and other documents necessary for enterprises, requiring substantive knowledge and attention to detail. He develops branches of law such as corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, disputes, capital markets, and real estate law. It is in these areas that clients and more experienced lawyers receive his help.
In his daily work, he values a good atmosphere the most. He believes that trust and sincere interest in what the client’s company does are the foundations of successful cooperation. He constantly develops his soft skills to make working with him even more comfortable.
Jan is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. Almost from the beginning of his education, he gained professional experience in a law firm. Clients can count on his advice in Czech and English.
In his free time, he practices sports, especially running, cycling, and ski mountaineering. You can also find him on cross-country skiing trails in the winter.
