Bogdan Józef Hajduk works as a junior lawyer at HAJDUK & PARTNERS. He primarily advises clients in the business sector and helps them optimize ownership structures in companies.
In his legal practice, he focuses mainly on corporate law, M&A and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. He also assists clients with contractual matters, the structuring of contractual and obligational relationships, and debt recovery – with an emphasis on practical solutions that meet business needs. Thanks to his knowledge of Polish, he also provides clients with support in matters with an international dimension.
In 2024, he graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno. After completing his studies, he worked at a leading international law firm, where he focused on contract and obligations law, debt recovery, financial and tax law, commercial law, and international business activities.
His favorite leisure activities include golf, skiing and tennis. Above all, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
