Or perhaps this time, it is the Czechs who should be watching the Slovaks? 🇸🇰
In the latest article from the “Slovensko Marka Jakubíka” series, Marek Jakubík shifts his perspective to look for solutions that – from the viewpoint of a Czech lawyer are not only interesting but could also serve as inspiration for the Czech Republic.
And he finds at least three.
Individual document retrieval from electronic mailboxes, the ability to set up limited liability companies (s.r.o.) without a notary, and… a refund of the administrative fee if the authority fails to resolve a matter within the statutory deadline.
Each of these solutions operates differently than in the Czech Republic. Each also prompts the question: couldn’t we do this better? Because, as Marek concludes: even when things are good, they can always be better. 😉
The full commentary is now available on legalweb. Be sure to check it out especially if you are curious about the areas where Slovak legal solutions might be ahead of the Czech ones.
