Can you invoke Hungarian customary law in court in the 21st century? In Slovakia – yes, you can.

Although the Czech Republic and Slovakia share a common legal past, he quickly discovered they are two different worlds when, in a property dispute, opposing counsel based their argument on Hungarian customary law.
