Sanctions under the Cybercrime Act are increasing significantly – warns Jan Kroupa

New cybersecurity regulations are already in force and apply to a significantly larger number of companies than before.

In an interview with legalweb.cz, Jan Kroupa (junior lawyer) explains what real changes are happening for businesses and why management boards should take the issue much more seriously than before.

“It’s not just an IT obligation – the new regulations explicitly impose responsibility on management. And they give companies very short deadlines to implement changes,” he emphasizes.
