Pavel is an attorney with over twenty years of experience. He is associated with HAJDUK & PARTNERS in Ostrava, the city where he has spent his entire professional career.
He specializes in corporate law, transactional advisory services, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He also supports clients in shaping the internal structure of companies. Clients appreciate his ability to quickly assess complex situations and provide strategic and practical solutions that work in the real business world. He is known for his calm, factual, and precise approach.
Pavel has been involved with the Czech Bar Association for a long time. Since 2017, he has served as the regional representative for North Moravia, and in the same year he was elected a member of the Czech Bar Association Supervisory Board, where he is currently serving his third term of office. In 2021–2025, he represented the Supervisory Board on the Budget and Economic Committee. Since late 2025, he has been a member of other Czech Bar Association advisory bodies—the Committee for Training and Education, the Committee for External Relations, and the Section for Bar Law. Since 2022, he has also been a member of the Czech Bar Association Examination Committee and an examiner for the bar exam in the field of commercial law.

In his free time, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his family. He proudly supports his two daughters, who represent the Czech Republic in alpine snowboarding as members of the SLČR team.
