It is hard to sum up the first half of 2026 at HAJDUK & PARTNERS in a single sentence. Our team, our workflow, and the scale of the projects we handle have all evolved.
Monika Křižánková and Julia Major have joined the firm, while Bogdan Józef Hajduk and Petr Románek have strengthened our team of trainee lawyers. At the same time, we have established four new specialized teams: REAL ESTATE 360, M&A, Litigation, and Employment Law.
This last change perfectly illustrates the direction we are taking.
“It is not about an administrative reshuffling of personnel or simply adding new names to the website. It is about pooling experience from similar cases, optimizing the division of labor, improving coverage capabilities, and ensuring that knowledge gained on one project does not remain solely with the person who led it,” says Martin Bielesz, Senior Associate at HAJDUK & PARTNERS, in the latest feature on legalweb.
In the interview, he discusses more than just internal changes at the firm. He also talks about the deepening ties between Czech and Polish business, the use of AI in daily operations, the development of the InVox project, the importance of Ostrava, and HAJDUK & PARTNERS’ plans for the second half of 2026.
And there are plenty of plans ranging from the continued expansion of our expert teams and the recruitment of more lawyers to the milestone tenth edition of the *Podzim s právem v praxi* project.
What does the firm’s growth look like from the inside, and why do we have no intention of slowing down in the second half of the year?
