New article from the “Slovensko Marka Jakubíka”: Ukazuje slovenská Súdna mapa cestu i pro Česko?

Marek Jakubik, a partner at HAJDUK & PARTNERS, poses this question in his latest column for legalweb.

This is the latest installment in the “Slovensko Marka Jakubíka” series, where the law serves as a starting point for a broader conversation about the functioning of the state and the justice system, as well as changes affecting businesses and citizens.
