A few years ago, Slovakia implemented one of the most significant judicial reforms since the 1990s. The initiative involved reducing the number of courts, increasing judicial specialization, and adjusting the jurisdiction of individual court units.
Today, with discussions regarding court structure changes also underway in the Czech Republic, it is worth examining our neighbors’ experiences. What worked? What challenges arose? And could similar solutions prove effective elsewhere?
