History of the Law firm Hajduk & Partners begins in the year 1999, when its founder Mgr. Bogdan Hajduk participated in establishment of the association of attorneys Kubiczek & Hajduk, with the registered seat in Český Těšín on the present address of the seat of the Law Firm.

The name of the Law Firm changed in the year 2003 as a result of reorganization, within which the following four new members affiliated - JUDr. Marek Jakubík, Mgr. Adam Russ (who terminated his membership in the Law Firm in the year 2009) Mgr. Beata Kaczynská a Mgr. Eva Lotterová. Subsequently Mgr. Piotr Adamczyk as a new member acceded the Law Firm in the year 2007 and the Law Firm changed its legal form to the limited liability company at the same time.

Other offices of the Law Firm were set up due to the growth of clientele and extension of provided legal services. Currently the Law Firm has its offices in Bystřice and Jablunkov and the legal services are provided by 11 lawyers.

It should be also mentioned that he partners of the Law firm Mgr. Bogdan Hajduk and JUDr. Marek Jakubík are also members of the Slovak Bar Association and they render legal service in the Slovak Republic through the associated law firm “Advokátska kancelária JAKUBÍK & HAJDUK s.r.o.,“ with the registered seat in Čadca.

Regarding the growing demand of our clients for connected legal and tax counselling the Law Firm has since 2009 tightly cooperated in a field of tax law with the tax consultant Ing. Mirloslav Řehounek.
