PRO BONO

The Law firm Hajduk & Partners acknowledges the social and ethical responsibilities connected with legal counselling and has since 2001 tightly cooperated with the Charity in Jablunkov within its pro bono activities. This public service is secured by the partner of our Law Firm JUDr. Marek Jakubík. It should be emphasized that it is a voluntary service, which serves to all residents, who need a qualified aid of lawyer but cannot afford a consultation with attorney or notary.

The Charity in Jablunkov is non-profit making organization, ecclesiastical legal person, which offers services to individual persons in a social welfare institution, through free legal aid and humanitarian help – humanitarian store and tries to react actively to needs of poor people.

The founder of the Charity in Jablunkov is the Bishopric “ostravsko-opavské”, the bishop František Václav Lobkowicz. It was founded on the 1st January 2001 and is guided by articles of the “Diecézní charita ostravsko-opavská.”
