Junior Lawyers

Mgr. Martin Tomala Mr. Martin Tomala graduated at the Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Law, in the year 2008 and since then he has worked as a junior lawyer in the Law firm Hajduk & Partners. He is a founding member of the Association of Christian Lawyers, which contributes to cooperation of Christian lawyers within the Czech republic. He specializes in Commercial law, Civil Law and Criminal Law. Mr. Tomala speaks Polish.

Mgr. Adam Świerczek

Graduated from the Jagellonian University, Faculty of Law, in Krakow (Poland) with a highest mark, after preparing Master thesis entitled "Conglomerate concentrations in European Union law". Adam also holds a master degree in International Relations - European Specialization from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow.

In 2010 he took part in the finals of the Central and Eastern European Moot Court Competition in Sofia.

During academic year 2010/2011 Adam studied in Hamburg (Germany), on Hochschule für Rechtswissenschaft Buccerius Law School, as a participant of the "International and Comparative Business Law" program.

He gained his professional experience in a law firm in Krakow and in the District Court in Krakow - Commercial department. He also possesses extensive experience from international law firm Clifford Chance where he previously worked in the M&A/Corporate department.

Having joined the Company in 2011 he specializes in corporate law and private international law.

Adam speaks fluently Polish, Czech and English.

Mgr. Tomasz Pustówka

Mr. Tomasz Pustówka graduated from Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Law, in the year 2011 and since then he has been working as a junior lawyer in the law firm Hajduk & Partners. During his study he acquired experiences at the law firm ŘANDA HAVEL LEGAL s.r.o. and during the internship at European Parliament.

He is very active in NGO organizations -  for two  years he was a leader of the students´ organisation SAJ and  he was in charge of its activities.

He specializes in Commercial Law, Civil Law, Corporate Governance and Finance Law.

Mgr. Richard Czendlik

Mr. Richard Czendlik graduated at the Palacký Univesity in Olomouc in 2011 (the topic of the thesis: The position of witness in a criminal procedings) and since then he has worked as a junior lawyer in the Law firm Hajduk & Partners. During his university studies he went through an internship in the District Court in Karviná – Criminal department. He specializes in Civil Law and Criminal Law.

He speaks English.
