Mgr. Tomáš Jakubík
Mr. Tomáš Jakubík graduated at the Palacký university, Faculty of Law, in the year 2003. After he finished his studies, he worked as a junior lawyer in the Law firm Hajduk & Partners. Since 2009 - when he passed the bar exams - he has worked as an attorney in the branch in Jablunkov.
He is experienced in Administrative Law, especially law relating to municipalities, administrative proceedings and offences. Furthermore he specializes in Civil Law (especially property transfers, representation at Land Register, other contractual agenda and lawsuits) and Commercial Law (Law of Contracts, recovery of debts, representation in judicial proceedings, founding of companies) and Family Law.
Mr. Jakubík speaks fluently Polish and English.
