Mgr. Bogdan Hajduk

Mr. Bogdan Hajduk graduated at the Masaryk University in Brno, Faculty of Law, in the year 1994. Afterwards he worked as a junior lawyer. As an attorney he has rendered legal services since 1999, firstly as a founding member of the association of attorneys Kubiczek & Hajduk, later – after new members affiliated – in the Law firm Hajduk & Partners. He is also entitled to render legal services in Slovakia since 2004 and since 2010 he works in the associated company “Advokátska kancelária JAKUBÍK & HAJDUK s.r.o.“ as a partner and a registered agent.

He specializes in Commercial and Civil Law, with special regard to Company Law, Law relating to stocks, Law of Exchange, Property Law and also Financial and Tax Law. He uses his long-term experience when providing legal services to investors in the sphere of individual and collective investment.

Mr. Hajduk speaks fluently Polish, English and Russian.

JUDr. Marek Jakubík

Mr. Marek Jakubík graduated at the Masaryk university in Brno, Faculty of Law, in the year 1999, where he also passed the advanced exam in the year 2000. He worked as a junior lawyer in the association of attorneys Kubiczek & Hajduk from 1999 until 2002. Since 2003 he is an attorney and a partner in the Law firm Hajduk & Partners.

He has rendered legal services in Slovakia since 2004 as a member of the Slovak Bar Association. Further he has acted as a registered agent of the Law firm Hajduk & Partners since 2007 and was also authorized to administer the office in Jablunkov and whole Slovak agenda.

He became a partner and a registered agent of the associated law firm “Advokátska kancelária JAKUBÍK & HAJDUK s.r.o.” with the registered seat in Čadca.

He specializes in Civil Law, Property Law, Administrative Law and Family Law.

Mr. Jakubík speaks fluently Polish and Slovak.

Mgr. Piotr Adamczyk

Mr. Piotr Adamczyk graduated at the Jagellon University, Faculty of Law, in Krakow in Poland, in the year 2003. Afterwards he worked as a junior lawyer in the Law firm Hajduk & Partners from the year 2004 till 2007. He started to practice as an attorney in the year 2007, when he also became a partner of the Law Firm.

He specializes in the Law of Contract, Company Law and Bankruptcy Law. He is experienced in matters connected with recovery of debts.

Mr. Adamczyk speaks fluently Polish and English.

Mgr. Richard Koliba

Mr. Richard Koliba graduated at the Palacký university in Olomouc in the year 2004. Afterwards he worked as a lawyer in the legal department of the Public Health Insurance Company of the Czech republic in Karviná. He worked as a junior lawyer in the Law firm Hajduk & Partners since 2006 and he has been at the position of attorney in the Law Firm since 2008, when he passed the bar exams. Within his legal practice he specializes in Commercial Law and he provides legal services to wide range of entrepreneurs especially in the field of Company Law and Law of Contract. Furthermore he focuses on Bankruptcy law and in relation to that he renders legal services to both creditors and debtors. Moreover he ensures complex administration of labour agenda for employers. In addition to that he represents clients in judicial proceedings in different fields of law.

Mr. Koliba speaks fluently English.
